Introduction
AnameLab respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and clinical data entrusted to the platform. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights as a data subject.
Data we collect
To provide AnameLab services, we collect:
- Account data: full name, email, phone, profession, and professional registration number, when applicable;
- Clinical data entered by the user in questionnaires, calculators, and anamnesis forms;
- Usage data: access information, device, language, and technical logs used for support and security;
- Payment data: processed directly by the Mercado Pago and Stripe gateways; AnameLab does not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
We use the collected data to:
- Run clinical calculations and generate analyses, dossiers, and reports;
- Maintain the history of assessments performed by the professional;
- Send transactional communications (signup confirmation, password recovery, payment receipts);
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
Information sharing
AnameLab does not sell personal data. We share information only with:
- Payment processors (Mercado Pago and Stripe) to complete subscriptions;
- Cloud infrastructure providers that host the system under confidentiality agreements;
- Public authorities, when required by legal or judicial order.
Data security
We adopt technical and organizational practices to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), token-based authentication, encryption at rest, and periodic backups. Despite our efforts, no system is absolutely invulnerable; in the event of an incident, we will notify subjects and authorities as required by applicable law.
Your rights and account deletion
As a data subject, you may request access, correction, portability, and deletion of your information at any time. To permanently delete your account and associated data, we offer two paths:
In-app (self-service)
Sign in to the AnameLab app, open the Profile screen, tap "Delete my account", and confirm the operation in the dialog. Your account and data will be removed immediately after confirmation.
By email
Send a request to suporte@anamelab.com from your registered email with the subject "Account deletion". Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 7 business days after identity verification.
What is deleted
We delete your profile, assessment history, completed questionnaires, generated dossiers, and usage preferences.
What may be retained
Records related to payments and tax obligations may be retained for the period required by applicable law, even after account deletion. Such data remains under restricted access for legal purposes only.
